The Hall-Carpenter Archives is a national lesbian, gay and bisexual archive for the UK. It actually has three different archives, each on a separate site in London:
- The Hall-Carpenter Archives main collection is located in the Archives Division of the London School of Economics Library (papers of campaign organisations, periodicals and printed ephemera)
- The Hall-Carpenter Archives Oral History collection is a component of the National Sound Archive at the British Library, Euston Road, London (oral history tapes and transcripts)
- LAGNA (Lesbian & Gay Newsmedia Archive), formerly the Press-Cuttings Collection of the HCA, now housed at the Bishopsgate Institute. The collection also includes the photograph collection from Gay News, and a collection of banners, badges, t-shirts and carrier bags.
The Hall-Carpenter Archives is named after the authors, Marguerite Radclyffe Hall and Edward Carpenter, and was founded in 1980.
