Should I try to deliver separate services to looked-after young people? Or should I try to integrate them into existing provision? This paper looks at the pros and cons.

These “Tips” were developed as part of the “Right to Read” programme funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to improve access to both reading and libraries for looked after children, young people and their carers.
