As part of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation funded project, “Access to Books and Reading Projects for Young People in Public Care: the librarians’ training kit”, The Network surveyed 32 partner library authorities, and these are the results.

This report is now slightly dated (2003), but gives some interesting insights into services for looked-after young people.
