The day will include presentations about the Mass Observation Archive, how to run and implement an outreach project and working with project volunteers with emphasis on the Buddy scheme, which was established as part of the project and offers support and assistance to visitors to the archive. The day will also involve a tour of The Keep ( and the opportunity to see the Beyond Boxes Exhibition. This will be a chance to meet other professionals, volunteers, share experiences and tell others about the project you are or intend to work on.

While this training day will focus mainly on outreach in an archival context, everyone is welcome to attend.
